O n 18th Jeshtha 2065, Bharseli Samaj Kathmandu celebrated their annual (New Year) get-together of Bharseli and their family members of Kathmandu valley-based Bharselis at Mahila Prashikshan Kendra, Jawalakhel. Starting at 10:30 am with a trickle, the pace soon picked up with a gathering of over 130 members. The highlight of the event was the felicitation of constituent Assembly Member Sudarshan Balal Magar, who has been elected to the Constituent Assembly from Gulmi constituent no.1.
4th general assembly held on that day has elected new executive committee members chaired by ex-Gurkha captain Kul Bahadur Rana for the next two years. Horticulturist Mr. Bom Bahadur Shris & Horticulture Development Project committee member Mr. Hemraj Pun collected 600 citrus fruit saplings (rainy season fruits plants: orange & lemon) according to the demand of Bharse & adjoining villagers and delivered to the field on dated 29.02.2065.
